Shipping & Returns
Ready to Wear orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days after payment verification. Custom tailoring or bespoke fits take 4 to 5 working days to tailor before dispatch.
Delivery fees are calculated based on your specific location and are communicated and charged directly during WhatsApp order verification.
Since each piece is crafted with high quality luxury fabrics and detailed manual checks, we do not support general refunds. However, we offer free resizing adjustments for custom sizing garments if returned to our studio within 7 days of package delivery.
